How old do you have to be to legally drive a golf cart around your neighborhood?

I live in maryland and I am 14 but my dad has an old golf cart in our garage and I was wondering if I would be able to drive it around our neighborhood for fun. if I cant I would at least want to know how old I have to be.

    Golf carts are not street legal you would need headlights brake lights.
